How long does a typical project take?
The Starter Automation Setup is usually live in 48–72 hours. The Growth Stack Build runs 2–3 weeks. Email deliverability audits are delivered in 5 business days. Facebook Ads campaigns are set up in the first week of an engagement. Airtable, Softr, and Bubble projects vary by complexity — we scope them individually, but we always give you a timeline in writing before work starts.
What platforms do you work in?
Keith is a Keap Certified Partner — it's our primary CRM and automation platform. We also work in ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zapier, and Make. For no-code development: Airtable, Softr, and Bubble are Jonathan's stack. For paid advertising: Facebook and Instagram Ads Manager. For integrations: we work with most tools via their APIs or Zapier/Make connectors.
Do you work with businesses outside of New Hampshire?
Yes — we're based in Dover, NH, but we work with businesses across the US. Everything we do works remotely. You'll have video calls for discovery and walkthroughs, and all systems are delivered digitally. Our clients include businesses in Massachusetts, Washington, and other states.
What happens after the project is done?
All packages include a post-launch support window — 30 days for the Starter package, 60 days for the Growth Stack. After that, we offer ongoing management (for Facebook Ads) or retainer-based support for maintenance and iteration on other systems. We don't build and disappear — but we also don't tie you into support contracts you don't need.
We already have a CRM. Do we have to switch to Keap?
No. We'll work in whatever platform you have if it can do what you need. We recommend Keap for most small businesses because it handles CRM, automation, and email marketing in one tool — but we'll tell you honestly if your current platform is a better fit. We'd rather build on what you have than sell you a migration.
Can you help us figure out which service we actually need?
That's what the discovery call is for. You don't need to come in knowing which package you want. We'll spend 30 minutes understanding your business, your current tools, where you're losing leads or time, and what would give you the best return. If we can't help, we'll tell you that too.
Is Airtable / Softr / Bubble right for my business?
It depends on what you're trying to do. Airtable is the right choice when you're managing relational data that outgrows spreadsheets. Softr is right when you need a client-facing interface on that data without custom development. Bubble is right when you need full application logic that Softr can't handle. We'll give you an honest assessment — and we'll recommend against these tools if they're not the right fit.
How does Facebook Ads pricing work — what about ad spend?
Our management fee ($750–$1,200/month) covers strategy, creative, execution, and reporting. Ad spend is separate — it's billed directly through your Facebook account, so you always control the budget. We recommend a minimum of $500/month in ad spend to gather meaningful data. The total investment (management + ad spend) typically starts at $1,250–$1,700/month.
What makes Martech Consulting different from a general marketing agency?
We specialize in the infrastructure layer — the CRM, automation, technology, and advertising systems that most agencies don't touch. A traditional agency manages your brand and content. We build the systems that turn that content into leads, and turn those leads into clients. The two work well together, but we do something different: we own the technology stack.
Can you train our team to manage the systems you build?
Yes — every engagement includes a live walkthrough before launch. For more complex systems, we can add a training session for your team as part of the scope. We want you to understand and own what we build. We don't believe in creating dependency — we believe in building systems you can run independently, and coming back to us when you want to level up.
